Nestled in the serene mountains of Vermont, our retreat at Good Commons provides the perfect setting for you to disconnect from the daily grind and reconnect with yourself.

Day 1: Arrival and Warm Welcome

Friday, April 4, 2025

Arrivals & Greetings (5-7pm)
As you arrive, you’ll be warmly welcomed by our team and fellow retreat participants. This is your time to settle in, explore the beautiful surroundings, and begin to unwind.

Group Dinner (730pm)
We’ll gather for a delicious, nourishing group dinner, offering an opportunity to meet new friends and begin forming connections that will support you throughout the retreat, + likely way beyond the retreat.

Day 2: Intention Setting and Creative Exploration

Saturday, April 5, 2025

Breakfast (8-9am)
Start your day with a hearty and healthy breakfast, preparing your body and mind for the activities ahead.

Opening Circle & Intention Setting (9-1130am)
In our opening circle, we’ll set the stage for the retreat with engagement + sharing, providing a space for everyone to set a personal intention for the weekend. This is a time for reflection and grounding, helping you to define what you hope to achieve during your stay.

Movement Activity (1130-1pm)
Experience a movement activity that will help us release stagnant energy + get you ready for an afternoon of creativity, connection + letting go of old stories

Lunch (1-3pm)
Enjoy a leisurely lunch featuring wholesome and delicious options to fuel your body.

Creativity & Connection (3-6pm)
Afternoon activities will include a variety of creative and connective exercises. We will open the afternoon session with a sound bowl experience led by Katie, which will allow you to get in touch with your creative side.

Free Time/Integration Time (6-730pm)
Take this time to relax, reflect, or explore the beautiful surroundings at your own pace. This is your opportunity to integrate the day’s experiences.

Dinner (730-930pm)
We’ll come together again for a delightful dinner, sharing stories and insights from the day. We will wind down the day with a fireside gathering before turning in for the night, where we'll share reflections and deepen our connections with each other. 

Day 3: Visualization and Personalized Activities

Breakfast (830-930am)
Fuel up with a nutritious breakfast to start your day on the right note.

Visualization Workshop - Future Self (930-11 am)
Engage in a powerful visualization workshop where you’ll connect with your future self. This session is designed to help you envision the person you aspire to become, setting the foundation for meaningful change.

Vision Boards(11am-1pm)
We will create vision boards and engage in Spring Forward activities, allowing the participants to broaden your vision of your life.

Lunch + Connection (1pm-2pm)

Afternoon Nature + Meditation Walk (3-4pm)

Pre-Dinner Workshop (4-630pm)

Experience Reiki Provided by our practitioners. 

We will have a group gathering and sharing as well, discuss how you can continue to harvest your creativity and claim your vision. 

Closing Dinner (730-930pm)

Post Dinner Dance Party (930-11pm)

We will continue to move our bodies to release energy + continue to connect to our visions + creativity.

Day 4: Closing and Departure

Morning Yoga (830-10am)

Begin your final day with a revitalizing morning yoga + reiki session, setting a positive tone for the day.

Brunch & Closing Ceremony (10-12am)

We’ll gather for a final brunch, celebrating the experiences and connections we’ve made. Our closing ceremony will provide an opportunity to reflect on your journey and solidify your intentions moving forward.

Departures (1pm)

With hearts full and spirits lifted, we’ll say our goodbyes, carrying the lessons and experiences of the retreat into the year ahead.
