My own personal growth journey has been fueled + facilitated by incredible teachers/practitioners.  Adding retreats to my practice elevated my personal growth experience to a new level.  There is something magical about being in a community with people who are open to their own growth + deepening their self-awareness + self-care.  I've personally attended a retreat at Good Commons, and I love the vibe + setting.  I love the idea of being in that type of setting for the first weekend of the new year; allowing space for reflection + powerful intention setting.

AnnMarie shares her gift with the world through coaching. She listens from the heart and has an incredible ability to summarize and reflect back to you. She will empower you through reflection of your own words and actions and her delivery can be really fun and playful. I always feel so fired up and ready to take action after a session with AnnMarie.

AnnMarie helped me identify my strengths, areas of improvement, and goals for my career. She also gave me valuable suggestions, tips, and resources to enhance my skills and confidence. She was very supportive, encouraging, and attentive throughout the session. I learned a lot from her, and I highly recommend her.
